Start to join the number 2 with the problems that need to be solved by yourself. Actually, myself is also good. The original scholarship was a child. I never came to Bangkok like my friends, but I didn't get anything until I went to university, so I chose to find the opportunity in Bangkok. I wanted to experience the lane to study in Bangkok (but I was a home addict.
At the beginning of the year, there was not much. During the exam, near the semester, it was stressful for many things. But Heal was also interested in going to the Triman Downs concert. ในช่วงที่เปลี่ยนผ่านเข้าสู่วัย 21 ปี หลายคนมักจะพบกับความรู้สึกผสมผสานระหว่างความตื่นเต้นและความกดดัน ทั้งเรื่องเรียน เรื่องชีวิตส่วนตัว รวมถึงการปรับตัวในสถานที่ใหม่ๆ เช่นเดียวกับการย้ายมาเรียนที่กรุงเทพฯ ของหลายๆ คนที่มาจากต่างจังหวัด การปรับตัวกับชีวิตในเมืองใหญ่และการเรียนในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยปี 3 นั้นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย วิชาที่ต้องทำวิจัย โครงงานพิเศษ รวมถึงงานฝึกสอน ต่างทำให้ต้องบริหารเวลารวมถึงแรงกายแรงใจอย่างหนัก สิ่งที่ช่วยฮีลใจได้ดีมากอย่างหนึ่งคือการหาเวลาพักผ่อนด้วยการไปดูคอนเสิร์ต รวมถึงการเลี้ยงน้องแมวที่กลายเป็นเพื่อนซี้ช่วยคลายเครียดและเติมเต็มความรู้สึกอบอุ่นในบ้าน นอกจากนี้ การทำบุญเป็นประจำยังทำให้รู้สึกมีพลังใจและโชคดีในหลายเรื่อง ทั้งเรื่องเรียนและเรื่องโชคดีที่ได้บัตรฟรีเข้าชมกิจกรรมกับศิลปินที่ชื่นชอบ เรื่องเหล่านี้ช่วยสร้างกำลังใจให้เดินหน้าต่อไปแม้ชีวิตจะยังไม่มีแฟนที่หวังไว้ก็ตาม สำหรับเพื่อนๆ ที่กำลังเผชิญกับช่วงวัย 20 กว่าแบบนี้ อยากแนะนำให้ลองจัดสรรเวลาสำหรับการผ่อนคลายและดูแลตัวเองให้ดี เช่น การหาเวลาทำกิจกรรมที่รัก พบปะเพื่อนใหม่ หรือแม้แต่ใช้เวลาร่วมกับสัตว์เลี้ยงที่บ้าน ซึ่งทั้งหมดนี้จะช่วยให้ผ่านพ้นความเครียดและเติบโตขึ้นได้อย่างมีความสุข วัย 21 ปี เป็นช่วงเวลาที่สำคัญของการค้นหาตัวเองและสร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆ ยอมรับว่าทุกความท้าทายนั้นทำให้เรากล้าและแกร่งขึ้นอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ สนุกกับแต่ละวันและให้เวลากับตัวเองบ้าง เพื่อเติมเต็มพลังใจและก้าวสู่อนาคตอย่างมั่นใจ
