ถ้าช่วงนี้ใจมัน “โทนสีดำ” แบบตื่นมาก็หนัก ๆ เหมือนแบตหมดตลอดเวลา เราอยากชวนลองพักใจแบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไป ไม่ต้องเก่ง ไม่ต้องรีบหาย แค่ทำให้วันนี้เบาลงนิดเดียวก็พอ 1) ตั้งกติกา Digital Detox ที่ทำได้จริง เราเคยพยายามเลิกเล่นมือถือทั้งวันแล้วล้มเหลว เลยเปลี่ยนเป็น “กติกาเล็ก ๆ” เช่น ไม่จับมือถือ 30 นาทีหลังตื่นนอน / ก่อนนอน 1 ชั่วโมง หรือกำหนดช่วงเช็คโซเชียลวันละ 2–3 รอบพอ ที่สำคัญคือ unfollow/ปิดแจ้งเตือนคอนเทนต์ที่ทำให้เรายิ่งจม โดยเฉพาะสิ่งที่ชวนเปรียบเทียบตัวเอง พอหน้าจอเงียบลง ใจจะได้มีที่หายใจจริง ๆ 2) Journaling แบบไม่ต้องเขียนสวย หลายคนติดว่าเขียนไม่เก่ง แต่เราใช้วิธีเขียนสั้น ๆ ให้ตัวเองอ่านรู้เรื่องก็พอ ลองใช้ประโยคเริ่มต้นง่าย ๆ: - ตอนนี้ฉันรู้สึก… - สิ่งที่ทำให้ใจดำวันนี้คือ… - ถ้าปลอบตัวเองได้ 1 ประโยค จะพูดว่า… เขียน 5 นาทีแล้วหยุด ไม่ต้องขุดให้ลึกทุกวัน แค่ได้ระบายสิ่งที่ค้างคาในใจก็เหมือนยกของหนักลง 3) Mindful Beauty ให้เป็น “พิธีกรรมพักใจ” ถ้าใจดำ ๆ เรามักปล่อยตัวเองโทรม แล้วจะยิ่งรู้สึกแย่กว่าเดิม ลองเลือกอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งที่ทำแล้วสงบ เช่น ทาครีมช้า ๆ ตั้งใจอาบน้ำ สระผม หรือแต่งหน้าเบา ๆ แล้วมองตัวเองในกระจกแบบไม่ตัดสิน แค่บอกว่า “วันนี้เหนื่อยก็ไม่เป็นไร” ความสวยในวันที่ไหวไม่มาก คือความอ่อนโยนที่เรายังให้ตัวเองได้ 4) Solo Date แบบเริ่มจากใกล้บ้าน เดทกับตัวเองไม่ต้องใหญ่โต ลองไปคาเฟ่เงียบ ๆ สั่งกาแฟกับเค้ก อ่านหนังสือ หรือเดินสวนสาธารณะ 20 นาทีโดยไม่เปิดเพลงก็ได้ จุดคือให้ร่างกายได้เปลี่ยนบรรยากาศ แล้วสมองจะค่อย ๆ หลุดจากลูปความคิดหม่น ๆ 5) Gratitude สำหรับวันที่ไม่เหลือแรง วันไหนขอบคุณอะไรไม่ออก ให้เริ่มจาก “สิ่งเล็กน้อยมาก ๆ” เช่น ได้กินข้าวอิ่ม มีเตียงให้นอน มีคนตอบแชท หรือแค่วันนี้ยังหายใจอยู่ เขียน 3 ข้อก่อนนอน ทำต่อเนื่องสักอาทิตย์ เราจะเริ่มเห็นว่าในโทนสีดำยังมีจุดสว่างเล็ก ๆ ซ่อนอยู่ 6) ฝึก Saying No แบบประโยคสั้น ๆ การพักใจต้องมีขอบเขต ลองเตรียมประโยคไว้ใช้ เช่น “ขอคิดดูก่อนนะ” “วันนี้ไม่ไหวจริง ๆ” “ขอพักก่อน เดี๋ยวค่อยคุย” พูดสั้น ๆ สุภาพ ๆ ไม่ต้องอธิบายยาว เพราะการรักษาพลังใจตัวเองคือเรื่องสำคัญ ถ้าวันนี้ยังมืดอยู่ ไม่ได้แปลว่าเราพัง แปลว่าเราเหนื่อย และกำลังต้องการการพักใจ ลองเลือกทำแค่ 1 ข้อจากนี้ก่อน แล้วค่อย ๆ เติมทีละนิดก็ได้
