Day 2 of 30 IF

I fasted for a total of 18 hours. Today I plan to start my journey of jump roping. I’ll be taking before and after photos because at the end of this 30 day series I would love to compare my progress.

My main meal I break my fast with is protein based. I do not plan to implement as many carbs into this 30 day series. High protein low carb while I work on resetting my gut.
