Body dysmorphia

Ladies who else looks at a photo think your looking like a wilder beast & than a year later you’re scrolling through your camera roll and you’re confused!

I had a breast lift and implant surgery last year which caused me to gain some weight! I’m now back in the gym and embarking on yet another weight loss journey.

Anyways this time around I’ll embody all parts of me ❤️#bodydysmorphia #bodydysmorphiarecovery #weightstruggles #bodytransformation #weightlossandfatloss

Omg I know exactly what you’re saying and it’s funny that’s what I always call myself a Wilda beast smh . That upsets me because I was in a very abusive marriage mentally physically emotionally and he broke me down. I thought I was fat and ugly because that’s what he would call me at 105 pounds. I look back at all my pictures and say now I see what everybody else was telling me that I never saw at that time. And I lived with my head down half of my life and now I have a lot of health problems and I’m about to turn 50 on May 26 of this year and I have gained 50 pounds in the past year and a half to two years due to constant Cortizone injections And being on prednisone so many times and perimenopause. So now that I wanna have a life and feel good about myself and be healthy I can barely walk so how on earth am I gonna exercise?
