Went from working 9-5 to 12-12 😭😭 As y’all know I’m very transparent with my journey, and although I have been so blessed to make the type of money i make, let me tell yall it was hard to get here because I was prideful, didn’t want to listen to wise counsel from mentors on what do with my brand early on, and I just wanted sales sales sales.

On the front in my life looks amazing, and like I can whatever I want, but let me tell you, God has shown me I do better and get better results when Im on a tight leash lol. 🤣 aka focused and intentionally learning. So yes sis I didn’t get here just from posting daily. I did that in the beginning. I got here from applying a strategy.

Take this as your sign to hire that mentor or coach and LISTEN to them please😭. It can change your life faster than you think.

I have one spot left for my mentorship that starts TONIGHT at 5PM EST TIME. (our first live meeting) to join tap the 🔗 in my byo!

Congratulations in advance!

... Read moreStarting an online boutique can feel incredibly challenging, especially when orders are scarce and your work-life balance is disrupted. From personal experience, transitioning from a traditional 9-5 routine to working 12-hour days has its ups and downs. In the early days, I shared a small space with my little sister, barely receiving any orders which felt discouraging. However, what I’ve learned is that success in this field doesn’t come from mere persistence alone. The key turning point was embracing mentorship. Initially, I was resistant, driven by pride and the urge for immediate sales, neglecting the valuable advice from mentors. But once I committed to listening attentively and applying their insights, everything shifted. Focus and intentional learning replaced aimless posting. Having a mentor helped me build a structured strategy tailored to growing my brand sustainably. If you’re running an online boutique or any small business, hiring a coach can be a game-changer. They provide accountability, proven tactics, and a realistic outlook on scaling your business. It’s not just about working harder but working smarter. Staying on a 'tight leash'—meaning maintaining discipline and focus—helped me achieve better results faster. For anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed, consider this a sign to invest time and resources into mentorship. The difference it makes might surprise you. Beyond selling products, mentorship teaches valuable lessons about mindset, branding, customer engagement, and managing the behind-the-scenes work like packaging and order fulfillment. Remember, the journey is often tougher than it looks from the outside. Embracing the struggle with support from experienced mentors can help transform your business dreams into achievable realities.
