When Beauty meets Me💋
Last month, I had the opportunity to participate in an interview about women's beauty views of themselves at a changing age, which is the project of the younger faculty of the arts (for the younger, the public, when will Fern share it again), mainly to share our views on beauty, the body that changes with age, so I want to share it with everyone. 🥳

1. Fern sees change as one of the charms of being human, a symbol that makes us feel that we are alive, that we have the opportunity to continue to grow.
2. Make some traces come with memories (undereye marks, cheek grooves, surgical scars) as a confirmation that we can get through the stories.
The story of beauty has changed throughout the ages, from the days of plump girls to the days of pale whiteness like sick people, so ferns choose to be the way they wake up, and we still like ourselves. "Today we are beautiful." 😍
4. Because in fact, no matter what kind of person we are, there are always people who like and dislike, so let's choose the person we like.
5. The body never lies to us once. Fern likes to observe the little things that happen on the face. It's like the body is trying to communicate something with Fern. Is it too stressful lately? It's too little water to reduce salinity.
6. We cannot judge a person from the outside, and we certainly cannot judge others. The only person we should listen to is ourselves.
7. Don't worry that one day our thoughts will change. Today we like this, but in the future we may have changing thoughts and preferences. It's okay. Just focus on making the present every day the Best Version that we can accept ourselves.
8. Fern confidence does not exist from the first day, but is based on learning, practice, try, miss and have the opportunity to accept and improve. Believe me, when Fern first practiced makeup, Fern also made mistakes. 🤣
9. Finally, it makes Fern know, respect and love every part of himself so much that others see it as confidence. 💖
10. And of course, on the day when everything is quite diverse, others with opinions that may or may not be the same as us. Fern says it's okay. We each have different knowledge and experience, so listen, learn from others, but don't take it for yourself to judge or limit.
Because we all deserve the love we are, at the very least, our love for ourselves is the most precious.
