This is a soft roasted coffee from Heirloom seeds from Ethiopia and Castillo from Colombia.
The first smell it touched was very obvious berries. 🍓

This one is mid-roasted, giving a sweeter, mellow feed.
It has honey, raisins, chocolate and a light floral scent.
