Fried fairy mushroom with clam oil
🧪 Ingredients (2-3 places)
• 200 grams of basal fairy mushrooms (ripped into fit pieces)
• 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
• 1 ½ tablespoon shellfish oil
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons water (dry sauté proof)
• 2 obliquely sliced blue peppers or red peppers (add beautiful color)

🔥 How to do
1. Set the pan. Add vegetable oil. Hot enough, add chopped garlic. Stir until fragrant.
2. Put the fairy mushroom torn down and stir it up a little.
3. Add clam oil, soy sauce, sugar and a little water. Stir it well.
4. Add the chilli, followed by the onion / astrolop. Stir for another 30 seconds.
5. Scoop on a plate. Serve it hot.
💡. Trick.
• Do not stir the mushroom for too long because it will make it soft and unpalatable.
• If you want to add protein, add minced pork or shrimp to the sauté.
