I want to thank my courage. LA people used to say that hey, Fern is back to the same person. The first person you know is not a discouraged person.
I'm glad I'm still that person this time, and it's been longer than ever. In fact, I don't have a fix, because we have many good sides, but I like my brave corner more than my anxious corner.
I'm the second of a generation to have a coaching school.
At first, Mom, I was so happy to use Connection to train in Intaram, a young boy's school.
But I said I don't want lines.
Parents say that there is no line. Will there be a place to practice?
I changed the dimension of thinking new parents.
I called the school.
I finished looking for the deputy director.
I'm not afraid, Deputy Director.
Normally, I have to shake when I meet an executive.
But this one, I feel like I'm coming to create value.
In return with this school
I got a trainer. I got a trainer.

I'm Pure Thai
His teacher studied Thai majors.
But we have completed a lot of Thai studies too

We are brave but young.
It just depends on whether what we find is our way.
Casual, calm is what I feel when I'm coaching here.
There's usually a hot fire sailing in the body.
This is a cold fire. It's another fire.
I can do it. Just have fun.
Not playing around, but I also want the kids to have fun.

Do you think you can teach me how to have fun?

It's good and happy. The teacher is fun. The child can touch it.
I wanted it to be fun, but I said,
We are hard academically. Add a lot of copies to the kids. Go and get good grades.
This shouldn't be fun. This is the opposite of reducing class time, increasing learning time. This one increases class time, reducing learning time.
เรื่องราวใน เรียงได (อารี่) ep.2 นั้น ให้ข้อคิดที่ลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับการเป็นครูฝึกสอน และความสำคัญของความกล้าที่จะเผชิญกับความท้าทายโดยไม่พึ่งพาคอนเน็กชันหรือเส้นสายใดๆ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่น่าสนับสนุนเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในแวดวงการศึกษา การได้ฝึกสอนในโรงเรียนที่ผู้ฝึกสอนสามารถนำความรู้และทักษะเฉพาะตัว เช่น การสอนภาษาไทยที่ลึกซึ้ง สามารถช่วยเติมเต็มและพัฒนาความรู้ให้กับนักเรียนได้มากกว่าการเรียนแบบจำเจ จุดสำคัญอีกประการคือการที่ผู้ฝึกสอนเข้าใจถึงความสมดุลของการให้นักเรียนได้เล่นสนุกกับการเรียนโดยยังคงความเข้มข้นทางวิชาการไว้ ซึ่งตรงนี้สะท้อนถึงแนวทางการสอนที่เหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาการศึกษาปัจจุบัน ที่ไม่เน้นแต่เพียงคะแนนสอบแต่ต้องคำนึงถึงการสร้างความสุขในการเรียนรู้ที่แท้จริง การรับฟังคำแนะนำจากผู้มีประสบการณ์ เช่น พ่อที่เสนอให้สอนแบบที่สนุกและเข้มข้นเพื่อให้เด็กค้นพบและรักในการเรียน ก็เป็นเรื่องที่ช่วยสนับสนุนการพัฒนาการสอนรูปแบบใหม่ ๆ นอกจากนี้ เรื่องราวยังสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความกล้าที่จะเปลี่ยนมุมมองของตนเอง รวมทั้งกล้าที่จะเดินในเส้นทางของตนเองไม่ว่าจะต้องเผชิญกับความไม่เข้าใจจากผู้ใหญ่หรือคนรอบข้าง มีความเชื่อมั่นในคุณค่าที่ตนสร้างได้ ทั้งนี้ ความกล้าในการติดต่อโรงเรียนและได้รับโอกาสฝึกสอนอย่างที่ต้องการยังแสดงให้เห็นว่าความมุ่งมั่น ความตั้งใจ และการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง สามารถนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จและการเติบโตในวิชาชีพที่แท้จริง สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจในด้านการสอน หรือครูฝึกสอนมือใหม่ ควรเรียนรู้ที่จะหาจุดแข็งของตัวเอง ใช้ความรู้ที่มีอย่างเต็มที่ พร้อมเปี่ยมไปด้วยความกล้าและความมั่นใจในการเจรจาหรือเสนอแนะแนวทาง เพื่อสร้างคุณค่าให้กับตนเองและนักเรียนได้อย่างแท้จริง และไม่ลืมว่าแม้การสอนจะต้องเอาจริงเอาจังในด้านวิชาการ แต่การสร้างบรรยากาศที่สนุกและผ่อนคลายในการเรียนก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญไม่แพ้กัน
