Day 41/45 🥹😭 the last few days were brutal #habeshatiktok #ethiopian_tik_tok🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹 #fyp #habeshafitness #blackhair
Starting a fitness journey is often exciting, but the final stretch can be the most challenging part. From my experience around day 40 onwards, fatigue and motivation dips tend to hit hardest. It becomes crucial to remind yourself why you started and celebrate the progress made so far. One great tip is to incorporate hashtags like #habeshafitness and #ethiopian_tik_tok to find a community that shares your goals and culture, as this creates a supportive environment that boosts morale. Sharing your daily efforts, even on tough days, helps hold yourself accountable and can inspire others. Additionally, balancing workouts with self-care is essential. After intense sessions, I found gentle stretching and proper hydration helped alleviate soreness and prevented burnout. Sometimes, even light activities like a walk or practicing mindfulness contribute significantly to mental resilience. If you’re also dealing with hair care during this time, especially black hair, linking hair maintenance routines into your fitness schedule helped me feel more confident and cared for. For instance, protective hairstyles helped reduce damage from sweat and styling. Reaching day 41 in a 45-day challenge really tests your determination but pushing through those difficult last few days brings a rewarding sense of accomplishment that’s well worth the effort.
