🌞 Day 1: Travel the late-night file of Air Asiax at 10.10pm to TFU Airport at 02.30, China 1 hour faster than Thailand. After passing the check-in and receiving the bag, walk outside, take the bus from the airport to enter the city for 25 yuan. At the end of the TFS Panda building, we reserve a room one day in advance to check in. This trip will be 7 people. The room will be 2 people, 2 rooms and 3 people. The average room price is 1300 baht per person for 3 nights.
📍: After entering the room, when taking a bath, dress up at the first station. We choose the first day of the trip to Jiangyan. All day. The high-speed train trip is booked through Trip. The price is 165 baht per person, including a fee. Book before you can identify the seat. Book after you may be standing. But the duration is not far, about 20 minutes.
🎯: First station, Panda Selfie, we spent about an hour here, took pictures around, and then came to Jiangyan Dam but didn't go inside.
🎯: Walk straight to Xingfu road is a pedestrian road, stop by for food and souvenirs.
🎯: Keep walking on Vintage Wenmiaoshan Street, a lot of photos, a lot of people, too.

After that, travel on the same high-speed train as Chengdu.

We reserve a van with a driver, 9 seats with the Thai page for Chengdu. The price depends on the time period. Start the journey from the residence at 6am and arrive at the park around 11am. After that, the driver stops by to find something to eat before going up because it's near noon and on top of the little food. The driver proceeds to pick up the ticket using the passport to confirm the reservation. We leave the booking page for the park and the bus. Then continue on the park bus for 45 minutes.
🎯: The bus will take us to the top stop. 4 Daruni will have about 7 stops. We only stop at 4 points because we are dizzy. Have to just Oxygen, can all the way through the trip. There are dizzy and not full of breath. P.S. Booking the car with the page will get a can of Oxygen and a bottle of mineral water. Get out of the park around 4 pm and travel back to Chengdu. It takes longer to get back than the leg because the traffic is raining. There is fog all the way. Good luck, another day will definitely find snow.
🎯: Where to change clothes to find something to eat. We chose Taode, which is not far from the property. We ordered a menu such as vermicelli baked shrimp, boiled pork bones with feet, fried bamboo shoots and tomato eggs. The price is divided. 7 people fell 98 baht each. Very cheap. Walk shopping in the TFS building for a while, disperse into the shelter.
🌞 Day 3 Get up a little late because the second day of travel is tired all day. Start checking out and depositing your luggage at the hotel loppy. At first, we thought that traveling all day and traveling to the airport. But with our gang, girls in their early 30s are easily tired, so reserve a Box room for 4 people for another night to take a bath before traveling to the airport.
🎯: Today, traveling with Mu Sai. The first place is Wat Taqi. Worship for a while. It's time to travel.

ใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “4 ดารุณี (Siguniangshan)” ว่าควรไปยังไง เตรียมตัวยังไง และต้องกลัวแพ้ความสูงไหม เราขอสรุปจากประสบการณ์ไปจริงแบบเข้าใจง่าย (เน้นสายเที่ยวเอง/กึ่งเหมารถจากเฉิงตู) 1) 4 ดารุณีคืออะไร ควรไปช่วงไหน 4 ดารุณีเป็นอุทยานภูเขาหิมะใกล้เฉิงตู ไฮไลต์คือวิวเทือกเขาสูง ท้องฟ้าสวย และจุดแวะชมวิวหลายจุดบนเส้นทางรถบัสของอุทยาน ช่วงที่เราไปอากาศหนาวมาก เคยเจอ -2°C เลย แนะนำเตรียมเสื้อกันหนาวแบบเป็นเลเยอร์ (ฮีทเทค + ขนเป็ด/ฟลีซ + แจ็กเก็ตกันลม) ถุงมือ หมวก และรองเท้ากันลื่นไว้ด้วย เพราะบางวันมีหมอก/ฝน และคนที่ไปถัดวันจากเราเจอหิมะได้เหมือนกัน 2) วิธีเดินทางจากเฉิงตูไปอุทยาน 4 ดารุณี ตัวเลือกที่สะดวกสุดสำหรับกรุ๊ปเพื่อนคือ “เหมารถตู้พร้อมคนขับ” ออกจากที่พักเช้ามากประมาณ 6.00 น. แล้วถึงอุทยานราว 11.00 น. (ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพจราจรและอากาศ) ข้อดีคือไม่ต้องต่อรถหลายทอด และให้คนขับช่วยเรื่องจุดแวะ/เวลาได้ แนะนำให้เผื่อเวลาไป-กลับ เพราะขากลับอาจนานกว่าขาไปถ้าเจอฝน รถติด หรือหมอกหนา 3) ตั๋วเข้าอุทยาน + รถบัสด้านใน โดยทั่วไปจะต้องมี “ตั๋วเข้า” และ “รถบัสอุทยาน” ซึ่งรถบัสจะพาเราขึ้นไปจุดบนสุด แล้วค่อยๆ แวะตามจุดชมวิวต่างๆ (หลายคนบอกมีประมาณ 7 จุด) ของจริงคือถ้าร่างกายเริ่มไม่ไหว ไม่จำเป็นต้องลงครบทุกจุดก็ได้ เลือกลงเฉพาะจุดที่วิวถูกใจและเดินไม่หนักจะสนุกกว่า 4) เรื่องใหญ่ที่ควรรู้: แพ้ความสูง (Altitude sickness) อันนี้อยากเน้น เพราะทริปเรามีอาการกันทั้งแก๊งแบบ “มึนหัว หายใจไม่อิ่ม งงๆ” จนต้องพึ่งออกซิเจนกระป๋องตลอด ทริคที่เราใช้แล้วช่วยได้: - นอนให้พอคืนก่อนขึ้นเขา และอย่าหักโหมวันก่อนหน้า - กินมื้อรองท้องก่อนขึ้นไป เพราะด้านบนของกินมีน้อยและแพงกว่า - เดินช้าๆ ไม่รีบ ไม่วิ่ง ไม่กระโดดถ่ายรูป - ดื่มน้ำอุ่นบ่อยๆ (แต่ไม่ต้องดื่มรวดเดียวเยอะ) - ถ้ามี Oxygen กระป๋องพกไว้ อุ่นใจมาก โดยเฉพาะตอนขึ้นจุดสูงๆ - ถ้าเริ่มปวดหัว/คลื่นไส้/ใจสั่นแรง ให้หยุดพักและลงระดับต่ำ อย่าฝืน 5) แพลนวันเดียวไป 4 ดารุณีให้ไม่เหนื่อยเกิน เราแนะนำให้ตั้งเป้า “ลงแค่ 3–4 จุด” ก็พอ เอาเวลาไปนั่งพัก ชมวิว และถ่ายรูปแบบหายใจทัน จะได้ไม่จบทริปด้วยอาการแฮงค์จากความสูง 6) ของที่ควรพกไป 4 ดารุณี (เช็กลิสต์สั้นๆ) - พาสปอร์ต (ใช้ยืนยันตัวตั๋ว) - เสื้อกันหนาว/กันลม + ถุงมือ หมวก ผ้าพันคอ - ยาดม/ยาพื้นฐาน + พลาสเตอร์กันรองเท้ากัด - ขนม/ช็อกโกแลต/พลังงานเล็กๆ และน้ำดื่ม - แว่นกันแดด/กันแดด (แดดบนเขาแรงแม้อากาศหนาว) ถ้าตั้งต้นจากเฉิงตู เราว่าจัดทริปแบบ “ไปตู้เจียงเยี่ยนวันแรก + ขึ้น 4 ดารุณีอีกวัน + วันสุดท้ายเดินเมือง (วัดต้าฉือ/ซอยกว้างแคบ/ตึก IFS แพนด้าปีนตึก)” เป็นแพลนที่ลงตัวมาก ได้ทั้งธรรมชาติและแลนด์มาร์กดัง ครบแบบไม่ต้องเร่งจนเกินไปค่ะ
