For meal prep, I often pan-fry them to medium-rare, then slice them against the grain once cooled. This makes them super tender and easy to reheat without overcooking. A simple seasoning of just salt and pepper is usually all you need to let the natural flavor shine. For a bulk cook, sometimes I’ll even throw a larger cut into the oven at a low temperature to slow-roast, then slice it up for the week. Bacon is a no-brainer for carnivore plates. My top tip for meal prepping bacon is to bake it in the oven. Lay strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes, or until your desired crispiness is achieved. It cooks evenly, and cleanup is a breeze!
