Scrap stock!! My favorite way to make broth. Save your veggies and meat scraps (including bones) in your freezer until you have enough to make a broth! You can simmer the broth on the stove for 12-24 hours instead of pressure cooking and then freeze it if you don’t have the equipment! #canning #
