Drinking water, stepping outside for fresh air, or even taking a quick power nap often resets my mental clarity. It’s like giving my "braincell" a little boost so I can stop feeling like I'm on airplane mode with no thoughts, just vibes. And when taxes or other complicated tasks come around, I tend to break them down into small steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
