💤 a simple sleep trick.
1. Reduce screen use before bedtime for 30-60 minutes. 📱
2. Create an atmosphere inside the bedroom, such as turning off the lights completely, and the temperature in the room is not too hot or too cold. 🛏️
3. Avoid drinking caffeine, whether soft drinks, tea and coffee. 🍵
4. Bath to feel comfortable. 🛁
5. Eat milk or light food. 🥛
