another bagel hbb has popped up 🤩 and this one’s conveniently located in woodlands (near me!) which is amazing~
their bagels are chewy on the inside but less dense than regular ones, super bready which is what I loveee! they’ve got basic flavours like plain, sesame and parmesan, plus monthly specials. for october, I got to try their cheddar & chive 🧀
as a cheese lover, this was perfect for me! there’s crispy cheese on the outer surface of the bagel, giving an amazing crunchy texture with every bite. they even stuff more cheese on the inside, so it’s truly a delight for cheese lovers 🧀🫕 the chives dotted all over the dough were so fragrant and made the whole bagel taste lighter 😊
they also offer cream cheese spreads in both sweet and savoury flavours. I really enjoyed the garlic & chive one, which I spread generously over my chive bagel 😆
