soft and chewy korean-style bagels are the signature of this hbb 🥯 as a bread lover, i had to check them out :)
their bagels come in two sizes: mini and standard. each pack of six includes their five signature flavours (the og, jalapeño cheddar, garlic cream cheese, biscoff, maple butter) and one seasonal flavour 😉 for november, it’s a shiopan-inspired bagel topped with maldon sea salt flakes 🧈🧂
the highlight of their bagels is definitely the texture! they’re not as dense as traditional new york-style bagels, but more pillowy and moist inside, with a slightly crisp crust when toasted. i think it’s a must to heat them up in the airfryer or oven so the exterior becomes crusty and fragrant, while the insides stay soft and chewy 😄
among all six flavours, my favourite was the jalapeño cheddar, especially when reheated until the cheese melts and crisps at the edges 🔥 i loved the fiery kick from the 🌶️ too! the maple butter one was also a pleasant surprise, slightly sweet, buttery, and really comforting haha 😆
overall, every flavour feels thoughtfully crafted, and i could really taste the effort behind each one! definitely worth stocking up your freezer for easy breakfasts or midday snacks 🥯 check them out on ig @outofofficebagels to order :)
