i love a good bittersweet dark chocolate brownie, and this homebased biz has really perfected their recipe!! theirs are truly fudgy, dense and super decadent 😋😋
i tried their 3 current flavours: Belgian Dark Chocolate, Speculoos Crunch and Raspberry Truffle. all their brownies are made with 70% Callebaut dark chocolate and Cacao Barry cocoa, which are premium ingredients 🍫 i could definitely taste the quality, especially from the rich chocolatey flavour that was intense without being overly sweet.
my fav was definitely the Raspberry Truffle, which came with a tangy raspberry filling inside the brownie. the sweet & sour raspberry paired perfectly with the bittersweet dark chocolate, making each bite really rich yet balanced 🍓🍫
those with a sweet tooth should definitely try their Speculoos Crunch one 🍪 it comes with a sweet lotus biscoff filling that adds that familiar caramelised, spiced flavour to the rich chocolate brownie. definitely the sweetest of the 3!
overall, you can really tell that their brownie recipe has been perfected through years of experience. the texture was exactly what i look for in a brownie, fudgy, dense and super chocolatey 🤤 check them out if you’re a fellow dark chocolate brownie lover!!
