Healthy Meal Ideas: Let’s Juice

Do you juice? If not, you should consider starting. Often times, I get asked how do I stay so trim considering that I bake all of these delicious cakes. Well, one I don’t eat all the cakes. Yes, I do taste, but I don’t necessarily eat.Two, I take care of my body. I walk a few days a week with my puppy and I ride my Peloton bike. Three, I juice and substitute juice for meals. For example. This week, I will have juice for breakfast and lunch and then a full balanced meal for dinner. That’s it, that’s all. Have you ever tried juicing as a healthy meal substitute?
