Okay, real talk!

Twisted Love by Ana Huang was a bit of a mixed bag for me. 😅 While the story itself was good, I’ve gotta admit, I found myself dozing off not once, but twice while reading it. And that’s saying something because I never DNF a book! I’m stubborn like that.

Don’t get me wrong—there’s definitely a lot to like here. The chemistry between Alex and Ava? Hot. 🔥 The plot twists? Unexpected. 🤯 But for me, it was missing that extra grit I usually crave. I was hoping for a bit more edge, something to keep me on the edge of my seat. Instead, it felt more like a comfy ride—nice, but not exactly what I was in the mood for.

That said, this could totally be someone else’s cup of tea! If you're into steamy romance with a dash of drama, Twisted Love might just be your next favorite read. It’s got all the right elements, even if it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. So, if this sounds like your thing, go ahead and dive in! Just know that my taste runs a little darker, a little grittier, and this wasn’t quite my kink. But hey, to each their own! ✌️
