Since this a “diary” challenge, I’d like to start with today (even though i am late to this challenge).

Dear “Diary,”

Today I went to work and it was pretty chill. Not so much to do, all I did was take a delivery to another department in a different building and came back EXHAUSTED! This Laredo heat is not to play with! Anyways, After a day of separating papers and shredding them, the hubby picked me up and made our way to Danny’s for some enchiladas (that are on special for $3.99). The service wasn’t at its best, but the food was good! After a good rest, we did some chores, and while the hubby played “7 Days to Die,” I was mostly on my phone and reading a chapter or two of my current book (which i hope to review later), OH, and got to see our one and only favorite nephew!

🍽️ Dishes I Ordered & Price: Cheese enchiladas w/beef; $3.99; Hubby ordered enchiladas Poblanos; also $3.99; the total was $13.90 (because of the soda my hubby ordered and the beef in my enchiladas did cost a bit extra, and the tax)
