I drink bloom 4x a week I been drinking this product for a year now it has help tremendously I can say this product can give you a lot of energy! ⚡️ the bloating is over the top with bloom with results it works so well!! I can say that’s the reason I do take this product overall you can drink before meal or after meal it works the same way.
