LAZY LUNCH-3 INGREDIENT PIZZA POCKETS ꒰(・‿・)꒱

This 3 ingredient recipe is great to make if you’ve ever felt too lazy to take out a bunch of dishes. These are so filling and you can put whatever you want in them!

Save this post for later! This recipe is a part of an earlier post I did called “lazy girl meal ideas” if you’re looking for something similar to this.

Ingredients;

1. Pillsbury Dough Grand Biscuits

2. Pepperoni

3. Cheese Sticks

Instructions;

1. Preheat oven to 350F

2. Lay out biscuits

3. Cut up cheese sticks into halves or thirds

4. Open up your biscuits and add in toppings

5. Seal and bake for 13 minutes

6. Enjoy!

This took me less than 20 minutes to prepare and cook. Remember to save this if you ever need a quick snack idea!

Swap the pepperoni for some seasoned ground beef or black beans, add a sprinkle of taco seasoning, a bit of corn, and maybe some shredded cheddar instead of just mozzarella string cheese. It's not a traditional Mexican pizza, but it’s a fun, portable, and equally delicious pocket version that kids (and adults!) will totally love. It's all about making these pockets your own! Let's talk about the ingredients for a second. The Pillsbury Grands! biscuits are key here – they puff up so beautifully and create that perfect golden-brown crust. And for the cheese? I'm a huge fan of using string cheese. It's just so convenient; no grating needed! I often grab the Happy Farms string cheese from Aldi, which honestly works perfectly and melts gorgeously inside.
