QUICK BREAKFAST MEAL PREP ๑˘ᵕ˘)

As we gear up for the new week, here’s what I made for breakfast for the next two days. Super filling and super easy to make! Save this and try it sometime!

Protein Breakfast Bowl

Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients;

1. Eggs (4)

2. Sausage links (4)

3. Potatoes (chopped) (2 cups)

4. Broccoli (1 cup)

5. French Toast sticks (4-6)

Directions;

1. Chop up your potatoes and season them with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, parsley and oil (optional) bake in the oven 400F for 15 minutes or until crispy

2. Bake French toast sticks for 6 minutes each side at 400F

3. Fry your eggs and sausage while your French toast sticks bake

4. Combine potatoes, broccoli and sausage together and heat in pan

5. Separate into two containers and there you go! Breakfast for the next two days.
