This week’s meal & snack prep menu:

⭐️QUINOA & OATS PANCAKES

Gluten-free, zero added sugars & with hemp seeds for added nutrition! These pancakes have 46g of protein & 27g fiber per patch! A great way to get picky eater to eat nutritious.

⭐️CHIA SQUEEZE POUCHES

Make these with any flavor juice, great for adding calcium & omega-3 fatty to your child’s diet. Both of my kids love it.

⭐️SWEET POTATO PIZZA BITES:

The healthiest way to make pizza bites & a favorite. You can also make them out of other root veggies like potatoes & carrots.

⭐️HIGH VITAMIN C POPSICLES

Made with strawberries, raspberries, oranges juice & cauliflower. A powerhouse for vitamin C!

⭐️SWEET POTATO CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Can’t forget dessert, but let’s make it healthy. Sneaking veggies in their favorites, like these decadent chocolate pudding, is a great way to get them to eat more veggies.

⭐️Blueberry peach overnight oats:

Use a 2:1 milk to oats ratio to get creamy oats. So if you use 1/4 cup oats, add 1/2 cup of milk. These are the measurements I use for a 4oz jar:

-1oz oats

-2oz milk

-1 tsp hempseeds

-1 tsp ground flaxseeds

-1 tbsp peach yogurt

-Honey, just a small squirt or to your preference

-1 tbsp diced blueberries & peaches

-1 tsp crushed walnuts

After mixing all the ingredients, if there’s still space I fill it with milk to the rim before covering & placing in the fridge.

Easy Meal Prep
I usually do my meal prep on Sunday. It takes about 1 hour to get everything prepped/cooked and put into containers. I make 5-6 meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Saturday and Sunday I don’t necessarily plan ahead for those days so I eat whatever I am feeling. Meal planning never works for me
