#starawards2026 is over.
but fitness life goes@on !
After taking a two-week break from personal training, getting back into my fitness routine was tougher than I expected. The first sessions felt really hard, especially with exercises that demand both physical strength and mental focus. Early on, I faced a lot of discomfort and muscle soreness, which almost discouraged me. However, I reminded myself that consistent effort is key to progress. I focused on small wins each day, like improving my form and completing drills that once seemed impossible. Perseverance became my daily mantra, pushing me through moments when I felt like giving up. One particular drill involved working without visual cues — a challenging but rewarding experience that enhanced my body awareness and concentration. This journey taught me that fitness is not just about physical strength but also mental resilience. Even after a break, patience and determination can help restore and build momentum. For anyone struggling to return to their training after a pause, my advice is to embrace the difficulty as part of growth, listen to your body, and keep showing up consistently. Fitness life truly goes on, and every step forward counts in the journey to better health and confidence.
