I keep mine close by to sip throughout the night if needed. Wild yam cream is another staple; it’s known to help with hormonal support, and applying it before bed has become part of my routine. Lymphatic drainage tea is one of my go-to remedies for reducing inflammation and easing discomfort associated with endometriosis. Its calming effect helps me relax and prepares me for restful sleep.
