100 ideas buzzing round

🤍 My Story:

I have AuDHD, I was only diagnosed 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my first bubs. I struggled to come to terms with being undiagnosed for so long.

🤍 How I Felt:

I never felt like I fitted in. I felt like an outsider a lot. I would constantly forget things, not feel comfortable, crash out in class. Disassociate and forget what I am doing. My brain thinks so fast sometimes it fits between all the things I need to do in a tornado rather than one task at a time.

🤍 My Takeaways:

Stop - take a breather, have a cup of tea. Concentrate on the feel of the warmth of the cup, the taste of the tea.

Write a list - Write a list of things that needs to be done. Not everything can be done at once. Pick one thing that is important and needs to be done now.

Give yourself some grace. You are not broken, you are just overwhelmed.
