The majestic Bethesda Fountain, with its beautiful angel statue, is a central gathering point, and the views across The Lake from here are incredible. The intricate tiled ceilings of the ornate arched underpass leading to the terrace are also a hidden gem, showcasing beautiful architectural detail that often gets overlooked. It's a great spot to pause and appreciate the artistry. Another must-see is Belvedere Castle. Perched on Vista Rock, it offers some of the best panoramic views of the park, including the Great Lawn and the Turtle Pond, with the skyline peeking through the trees. Climbing the stone staircase up to it feels like an adventure, and the reward is definitely worth it. Exploring Central Park really is an adventure.
