七五三のママコーデ、私がいちばん悩んだのは「きちんと見えるのに動きやすいこと」でした。神社は砂利道や階段が多いし、子どもの草履や着物の裾を直したり、写真撮影でしゃがんだり…当日は想像以上に動きます。だから私は“礼服ワンピース＋ツイードジャケット”の組み合わせがいちばん安心でした。 まずワンピースは、前開きタイプだと本当にラク。ヘアセットやメイク後でも着脱しやすいので、当日のストレスが減りました。Aラインなら体のラインを拾いにくく、抱っこや移動でも窮屈になりにくいです。ウエストはスライドベルトみたいに調整できるものだと、写真ではすっきり見えるのに締め付けが少なくて助かりました。妊婦さんや、ウエスト切り替えが苦手な方にも向いていると思います。 色はベージュ系だと七五三の晴れ感が出て、写真も柔らかい雰囲気に。きちんと感を足したいときはツイードジャケットを羽織るだけで一気にセレモニー仕様になります。もしジャケットのホックが留めにくい場合でも、パール系のアクセ（パールのドレスアクセやネックレス）を足すと“きちんと見え”が作れました。 小物は「慶弔両用」のバッグが意外と便利。七五三は荷物が増えるので、大きめサブバッグもセットで持つと安心でした（お札・御朱印帳・ハンカチ・予備の髪飾りなど）。靴は安定感のある太ヒールやチャンキーヒールを選ぶと、参拝中も疲れにくかったです。 そして何より大事なのが“着回し前提”で選ぶこと。ベージュの礼服ワンピースとツイードジャケットは、卒園式は落ち着いたコサージュや控えめアクセに、入学式は明るいコサージュで華やかに…と小物だけで印象を変えられます。七五三コーデを一回きりにしないと、服選びの満足度がぐっと上がりました。
