My herniated disc is finally better!

Yesterday, I sat through a movie that lasted more than two hours. 🎉When it was over, I suddenly realized that my herniated disc hadn't bothered me in a long time! 💫

I used to dread sitting for too long, but over the past six months, I can now sit for long periods without my lower back hurting or my right leg going numb.✊🏻

Things were completely different six months ago. 🙏🏻

I couldn't sit for more than 30 minutes before my lower back felt like there was a solid block of wood stuck behind it. Every time I stood up, I had to hold onto the back of my chair first. 😞

When the numbness started, it would travel from my hip all the way down to my calf.👉🏻 Even turning over in bed at night made me worry that I'd trigger the pain. During that time, I was constantly frustrated and anxious.😫

I tried just about everything. Heat therapy, massages, pain relief sprays—you name it.⭕ They would make me feel a little better for a while, but before long, the back pain and leg numbness would come right back.🤭

One day, a friend saw me holding my lower back as I stood up. After asking me a few questions, he told me that when he had back problems before, he used something called the Huayilang Patch💖, and it worked pretty well for him. ✅

He happened to have a couple left at home, so he gave me two patches.✨

At first, I really didn't expect much. But about ten minutes after putting one on, the tight pressure in my lower back gradually started to ease. 🤭It also felt like the patch was giving my lower back some gentle support.🤗

The next morning, getting out of bed and standing up felt easier than it had the previous few days. ⭐The numbness in my leg was also less noticeable. 🥰

I didn't rush into doing anything strenuous. I just kept using the patches and went to work as usual. To my surprise, I made it through the entire day without feeling any discomfort.💗

After using the patches for three or four days, I was amazed to find that standing up after sitting for a long time no longer bothered me at all.🎉

After about a week, putting on my shoes and turning over in bed became much easier. 🙏🏻

After about two weeks, my lower back pain was basically gone, and my leg hadn't gone numb again.

I kept paying attention for a while after that, and whether I was sitting through meetings, riding in the car, or bending over normally, the symptoms never came back. Even now, everything has stayed stable.💫
