The Power of Flowers: Space Transformation💐

hi friends!! we have all grown up around flowers, flowers outside, flowers at the grocery store, you see your parents get flowers for each other, or you witness people get gifted flowers for graduations/birthday parties/ or simply just because. maybe you're the one finally receiving flowers, but it continues to go unnoticed that flowers make a difference in our day to day lives! 🌷

recently, whether or not I receive flowers from my boyfriend or friends, I have been busing myself flowers every two weeks, and it has changed the game for my mental health. 🪷🫶🏼

with winter transforming to spring, i feel as though YOU should keep flowers/plants in your room/apartment/home as much as you can!

when I go to make my coffee in the mornings, I see my flowers and instantly feel dopamine run through my body. or when I go to the bathroom, my experience of getting ready is much more elevated and filled with love. I have placed flowers in every room of my apartment, and i'm never going back!🌼🌿

you should definitely give it a try! my favorite places to get flowers from are Publix (they have 3 sets of flowers for $12) or Trader Joes!
