AMD has already admitted that the latest screen card driver update caused Windows 10 to suffer a lot of problems.
According to a report by the website, Neowin has mentioned that people who have installed update versions of 26.6.2 of graphics processing cards or screen cards from AMD's FSR 4.1 to Radeon RX 7000, an update developed to support Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced video games and other video games released during the same period on Windows 10, have encountered many different problems in use, such as reminding that the driver does not support such versions of Windows (The version of AMD Software that you have discovered is not compatible with your Currently installed AMD graphics driver.) Although this version of the driver is said to support use on Windows 10 21H2 or later.
The problem has also led to a yellow exclamation mark or Yellow Bang on the Device Manager screen card. This means that the screen card is not detected or the screen card is not available, causing a lot of user trouble.
