💡Condo idea 35 sq m budget < 1 lakh! 🍋🧸

Hello, all of Lemon8 👋 today would like to share our own 35 sq m condo idea. The problem is "little budget + don't like build-in" because I want to leave an open space and modify the furniture in the future.

Summary of damages including electrical appliances. Finish at no more than 100,000 baht! 🎉 Anyone who is seeking minimal budget ideas, follow and see.

Concept ✨: Minimal & Movable

We mainly focus on buoyancy furniture. It is mainly IKEA's because it is easy to control the tone. The price is cute.

🛋️ Zone 1: Living Area (Leisure Corner)

• Sofa: This piece is very proud to offer. It is a "custom sofa." We choose the size and fabric to fit in the corner. Sitting soft and comfortable.

• Shelf & Monk Shelf: My brother-in-law helped install it as a wall mount, saving a lot of floor space to show the model and as a minimalist monk shelf.

• TV Cabinet: Muji. We chose a simple white cabinet from IKEA. Control the room tone.

💻 Zone 2: Working & Storage (Working & Storage Corner)

• Desk: Use IKEA Simple White Desk

• Shoe Cabinet & Bag Storage Cabinet: "Antiques" from the original condo, 😂 put together, get a full function, and save a budget (saving line must be reused!)
