40 + Give out life planning ideas
Come today!!!!I was curious to invite my friends to plan for retirement for people aged 40 +, not necessarily rich in the sky, but "have to eat, use and live a happy life." If you start planning now, it is a major guide.
1. Assess yourself and set goals
• Intended retirement age: Mostly 55-60 years
• Preferred income per month after retirement: e.g. 20,000-30,000 baht (casual, no luxury)
• Liabilities: Must be cleared or planned to close before retirement.
2. Build a financial base
• Retirement savings
• Simple formula: Wanna income × 200 = lump sum to prepare
• For example, 25,000 baht / month is required → About 6,000,000 baht is required.
• Don't panic. This figure can be used to help get there.
• Provident Fund / B / RMF / SSF → Continuous replenishment, tax entitlement and compound interest works
• Diversify
• Deposit + Bond / Bond Fund (Safe)
• Dividend stocks / mixed funds (generate cash flow)
• Small properties such as condos for rent (supplement regular income)
3. Continuous income after retirement
• Auxiliary Career / Small Business: e.g. selling online, consulting, or doing something like
• Create Passive Income: Rent, Interest, Dividend Stocks
• Pension insurance: Paid per year / monthly until age 85-90
4. Put the spending system
• Make a monthly budget suitable for a simple life
• Focus on Essential Costs: Housing, Food, Health
• Cut out unnecessary luxuries (but always leave "small pleasures" such as small travel, hobbies)
5. Health care
• Health is the most important asset
• Eat well, exercise regularly
• Annual check-up + with health / serious disease insurance to reduce the burden of large expenses
6. Planning life after retirement
• Prepare favorite activities: travel, read, gardening, play music
• Create a "retired friend society" will help to be happy and not lonely.
• Plan for home matters such as improving for age (safe, energy efficient)
