40 + P.S. Bully. Black fat since childhood.
Would like to go back and hug yourself in childhood... 👧🏻 remember walking into the classroom or playing in the field, often with a whisper, or sometimes shouting "fat bastard" or "elephant," 🐘 simple words, but it was as heavy as a stone on the chest 🪨 felt different, unusual, and unacceptable. 😔
Childhood was a learning time, but for me it was a time of caution. 🙅♀️ I started hiding behind other friends when taking pictures, 📸 trying to wear big clothes to disguise 🧥 and avoid activities that required exposure...It turns out to be so implicitly unconfident that sometimes crying alone in the bathroom. 😭 Fat is not only a matter of numbers on the scales, it becomes a definition that others judge our value. 😥
But when you grow up,.. 🌻 I'm starting to learn to distinguish toxic criticism from self-worth. 💪🏼 This journey isn't easy. It takes a little bit of self-acceptance that this body is our home. 🏠 No matter what shape, weight, we all have the right to be happy and valuable in our own way. 💖 For anyone facing Bully, I want to say, "You're not alone." And remember, "Other people's words don't define your identity." 🌟 Let's build inner confidence and love ourselves. Let's give it more! 🥰
