Melt in real mouth. No long chewing. Soft meat. Natural sweet. No fishy smell at all.

ถ้าคุณเป็นแฟนพันธุ์แท้หมูเหมือนผม คงเข้าใจดีว่าการเลือกชาบูหมูที่ถูกใจไม่ได้ง่ายเลย Momo Paradise เป็นทางเลือกที่ลงตัวมาก เพราะเขาใช้หมูออแกนิคคุณภาพพรีเมียมที่มาพร้อมกับลายไขมันแทรกสวยงาม ไม่หนาจนเลี่ยนและไม่บางจนเสียรสชาติ การกินหมูที่นี่ต่างจากหลายๆ ร้านที่เคยไป เพราะหลังจากลวกในน้ำซุปแค่แป๊บเดียว หมูจะนุ่มละมุนละลายในปาก หวานธรรมชาติ ไม่มีกลิ่นคาวเลย ซึ่งเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผมชอบมาก ที่สำคัญน้ำซุปของเขาไม่ใช่น้ำเปล่าธรรมดา แต่มีกลิ่นหอมรสชาติเข้มข้น สามารถช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติของหมูให้ซึมเข้าเนื้อ ยิ่งทานยิ่งฟิน ตัวน้ำซุปทั้งแบบซุปใสและซุปเข้มข้นของ Momo Paradise ทำได้ดีจนผมกินได้เรื่อยๆ ไม่มีความรู้สึกเลี่ยนเลย ซึ่งจุดนี้ถือว่าค่อนข้างหายาก เพราะบางร้านแม้หมูจะดี แต่ซุปกลับจืดชืด หรือซุปดีแต่หมูกลับธรรมดา ที่นี่คือครบทั้งสองอย่างจริงๆ ผมยังชอบเมนูของหวานที่มีให้เลือกหลากรสทุกครั้งหลังทานชาบูเสร็จ ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มความสมบูรณ์แบบของอาหารมื้อพรีเมียมนี้ได้ดีมาก สำหรับใครที่ชอบกินบุฟเฟต์แบบคุ้มค่าและเน้นหมูคุณภาพ แนะนำให้จองที่นั่งล่วงหน้าและลองมาชิม Momo Paradise ดูสักครั้ง รับรองว่าคุณจะหยุดกินไม่ได้เหมือนผมแน่นอน!
