การผ่านช่วงเวลาตกงานซ้ำๆ ทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้หลายมิติของชีวิตที่ไม่เคยคาดคิดมาก่อน เช่น การมีสติกับสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น การไม่เร่งรีบในการตัดสินใจ และการมองหาความหมายที่แท้จริงของงานและชีวิต จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ตกงานถึง 3 ครั้ง ทำให้เห็นว่าช่วงเวลาวิกฤตเหล่านี้แม้จะยากลำบาก แต่เป็นโอกาสให้เราจัดการกับปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ พบว่าอะไรคือค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น และเริ่มวางแผนทางการเงินใหม่ การทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ระหว่างช่วงตกงานยังช่วยให้ได้รายได้บ้างและไม่รู้สึกทอดทิ้งตัวเอง สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ การไม่ทิ้งโอกาสเมื่อยังมีงานทำอยู่ การรักษางานประจำให้ดีที่สุด โดยรู้จักบาลานซ์ชีวิตและงาน ไม่เครียดจนเกินไป เพราะความเครียดส่งผลต่อสุขภาพและประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน การใช้เวลาว่างให้เหมาะสม ทำกิจกรรมที่ช่วยคลายเครียด หรือพัฒนาทักษะเพิ่มเติม เป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่ออนาคต นอกจากนี้ การพูดคุยกับคนที่ผ่านประสบการณ์คล้ายคลึงกัน หรือเข้าร่วมกลุ่มสนับสนุนยังช่วยให้มีกำลังใจและไอเดียใหม่ๆ ในการหางานหรือเปลี่ยนเส้นทางอาชีพ สุดท้าย อยากให้ทุกคนที่กำลังท้อแท้เชื่อมั่นว่าไม่มีสถานการณ์ไหนที่จะอยู่กับเราไปตลอด ทุกปัญหามีทางออกและการไม่ยอมแพ้คือกุญแจที่จะเปิดประตูสู่โอกาสใหม่ๆ
