I said I’d update you guys weekly so here you go 💕. First I wanna say while taking the supplements I’ve limited myself to more at home meals and less fast food (I steal ate it just not as much) When I did I stayed away from the greasy stuff (🍔&🍟) and more to whatever had veggies and greenery.
