Creamy Perogies & Kielbasa 🤍

There’s just something about perogies and kielbasa that feels like a warm hug after a long day. This is one of those easy dinners that comes together fast, uses simple ingredients, and somehow disappears just as quickly.

Ingredients

• 1 box frozen perogies

• 1 package kielbasa, sliced

• Fresh parsley, for topping

Cheese Sauce

• ½ stick butter

• 3 tbsp flour

• 1 cup chicken broth

• ¼ cup milk

• Handful of Parmesan cheese

• Handful of cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Slice kielbasa and sauté in a pan over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

2. Cook perogies according to package instructions.

3. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk until a clumpy paste forms.

4. Slowly add chicken broth, whisking constantly. Stir in milk and continue whisking until smooth.

5. Add Parmesan and cheddar, stirring until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.

6. Add cooked perogies and kielbasa back into the pan. Gently stir until everything is coated in the cheese sauce.

7. Top with fresh parsley and serve warm.
