student life can be rough and it’s always important to take care of yourself! so here are some habits I think that’s crucial to maintain:

1. pack your backpack - decide what you’d only need to bring and regularly clear out the contents

2. pick out outfits ahead - saves so much time and energy!

3. dedicate at least 2 hours a week for self care activities - whether be doing yoga, reading a book that’s not related to your class, journaling or even painting
