Some visitors ask if the Archive is simply a place to wander.
It certainly can be.
Many people arrive only to read the field notes, study the maps, and discover a little more of Mosswood each week.
But every so often…
A visitor asks whether they might take a small piece of the Archive home.
So Alexandra carefully wraps a field specimen, ties a scroll with twine, and sends it on its way.
Each bottle, collection and archive parcel is prepared by hand, ready to become part of someone else’s shelf, desk or quiet corner.
