Power
Men and women each carry their own kind of power, waiting to be practiced and strengthened. Everyone has a gift. Mine is the ability to hyper-focus and notice the details others might miss. And above all, I try to lead with kindness, because we never truly know the battles someone else is facing.
Power manifests uniquely in everyone, shaped by individual traits and experiences. While some may express strength through leadership and assertiveness, others demonstrate power through attention to detail and compassion. The ability to hyper-focus can be a tremendous personal asset, allowing individuals to excel in tasks that require precision and deep concentration. This focused energy uncovers opportunities and insights that might go unnoticed by others. Equally important is leading with kindness. Practicing empathy reminds us that everyone carries unseen struggles, and a gentle approach often fosters stronger connections and support among people. True power is not just about force or dominance but about influence built on understanding and respect. Reflecting on the phrase from the image, "The most powerful person is someone who is SOU[ND]"—likely alluding to being sound or grounded—highlights how stability and resilience contribute to genuine power. When we combine a strong inner foundation with focused skills and kindness, we harness a balanced and impactful personal power. In daily life, embracing your unique abilities while showing compassion not only elevates your potential but also enriches your relationships. Recognizing and practicing your power in these ways cultivates self-awareness and contributes positively to your community.
