Here’s what impressed me:

• Suan Cai Yu Sheng (甜辣酸菜脆鱼生) – Singapore’s first. A tangy, spicy twist on the classic Lo Hei that’s bright, gingery & seriously addictive. One of the best I had!

• Jasmine-Smoked Chicken with Lemongrass – Tender, gently smoky, natural tasting, beautifully balanced.

• Pork Rib & Honghu Lotus Root Soup – Comforting, thick consistency & quietly luxurious.

• Sweet & Sour Live Marble Goby (700g) – Fresh, crisp & satisfying

• Blanched Mustard Greens – well made

• Osmanthus Yellow Millet Glutinous Rice Cake – Floral, chewy, and a naturally sweet nod to tradition so delicious eaten with Osmanthus syrup
