My top picks from the tasting include the Beef & Red Cabbage Pressed Sandwich, which was tasty & the Roast Chicken, seasoned to perfection. Sizzling beef steak & steamed vegetables.& brown sauce.
For a showstopper, the adorable Artisanal Pink Pizza is a must—naturally colored by dragonfruit with a very soft, chewy dough with cheese, pistachios, ham & basil toppings. Love this one!
Other highlights that caught my eye were the Basque Cheese in Bei Bei Pumpkin, the Squid Ink Linguine with Pan-Seared Scallops resting on a contrasting Golden Emulsion, and the Sicilian-style Pistachio & Rosé Cream Cannoli.
