Read more福井駅周辺で食事やカフェを探している人に、個人的にかなり刺さったのがPaleoBrew Cafeでした。駅から本当に近いので、電車の待ち時間に寄るのはもちろん、夜ご飯のあとに「もう少しだけゆっくりしたい…」って時にも使いやすい印象です（水木金は12:00〜21:00／土日月は10:00〜21:00、火曜定休）。 まず良かったのが“恐竜カフェ”なのに子どもっぽさより「大人の雰囲気」が強いところ。店内は骨格や地層をイメージした壁があって、まるで博物館みたいな非日常空間。デートで行くと会話のネタにもなるし、写真も撮りたくなる内装でした。 スイーツ目的なら、福井駅でカヌレを探している人におすすめしたいです。固めのカヌレって好みが分かれるけど、ここは外側がしっかりめで香ばしくて、中はぎゅっと詰まった感じ。個人的にはそのままでも満足度高かったんですが、クリームをつけると一気に“ご褒美感”が増して美味しすぎました。甘さが強すぎないので、コーヒーと合わせると最後まで飽きません。 コーヒーも人気な理由がわかる丁寧さで、駅前でほっと一息つきたい時にちょうどいいです。夜ご飯おすすめのお店を福井駅周辺で探している場合は、がっつり食事というより「食後のカフェ」「軽く甘いもの＋飲み物」で締めたい日に相性◎。 行く前に知っておきたい注意点は、駐車場がないこと。車の人は近くのコインパーキング前提で動くのが安心です。席の雰囲気的にもゆっくりしやすいので、混みそうな時間帯は少し余裕を持って行くと落ち着いて楽しめると思います。 福井駅で食事→カフェまでセットで考えている人や、恐竜カフェという非日常を味わいたい人は、ぜひ候補に入れてみてください。
