I’ve been on a self-improvement kick after months of being in a lazy slump. I was lured into Finch through a TikTok ad, and I’ve used it nonstop for 40 days. This is the longest I’ve used an app for health without stopping. Here is some things you’ll find on the app that you might like! Maybe I’ll post my daily goals next? I create goals as a human, bride, and hot mess express.
👍Pros:
• Game-like feel so I feel like I’m playing a game, tricking my brain to do tasks I normally would struggle doing.
• Add a new task each week so it seems simple and tricks my brain to do it. Tracks what ones I do and don’t do.
• Recommended goals, or customize your own goals!
🤔Cons:
• I pay for Finch Plus for the extra login prize.
• Need more friends on Finch, but worried about judgement.
