Book Review Time
The Secret World of Maggie Grey was slightly annoying only because every time they met someone, another POV would appear! I swear it seemed like there were 10 different POVs in this story! I also was annoyed that the first half of the book was really just parties and classes. Idk, I was expecting more magic and less college drama. (Though, I should have anticipated some college drama, but nowhere as much as what was in this book)
But it started picking up in the second half. And honestly a part of me wants to keep reading the series because I want to see where this journey takes Maggie and I want to see if Asha will finally embrace who she is. Though at the same time, I don't really care to finish the series, so we'll see where that goes 🤦🏿♀️😂
