DITL | Another busy day in the books. While living through days where it feels endlessly busy, it’s hard to be grateful. But in reality, how lucky are you, me, anyone really, to be busy and have things to do? It may suck in the moment but I’m sure it would suck much worse not being able to do thing

DITL | Haven’t had a cheat meal in a while so i figured I’d go hard with a chicken parm sub. It was delicious. And to be honest, it tasted even better because I know I earned it and it is a once in a while thing for me. Unhealthy food tastes so much better when you barely eat it. #ditl #dayinth

DITL | Life has been pretty simple lately, which isn’t a bad thing. Work, workout, hang with my woman. Lots of people would kill to live this life and that isn’t lost on me. I have big things planned once our house is finished. Keep getting after it. And don’t forget, at the beginning of every day,

DITL | Just another basic day in my life. Stacking days for now but I have my eyes set on either San Diego Hyrox or Atlanta Hyrox. Gonna start up a full prep in a few months🤘 #trending #ditl #dayinthelife #dayinthelifevlog #fitness • • • @OLIPOP favorite healthy soda @Barebells USA

DITL | Nothing too extravagant today. There’s also nothing wrong with that though. Just stacking days and getting a little bit better everyday. #trending #fitness #ditl #dayinthelife #lifestyle

There’s no better pump than after jiu jitsu. I could have the best lift of my life and it still doesn’t compare. Once my house is built, I’ll be building a gym with weights and mats so i will have a ton more lifting/fighting content coming. Follow along for that 🤙 #trending #fitness #gym #g
