My secrets to a small waist and fat 🍑
CURVES GAIN VITAMIN 🛒🫶🏼 that’s the ultimate secret thank me later 💕 #hellolemon8 #fit #lowerbodyworkout #quadgrowth
Hey Lemon8 fam! So many of you asked about my journey to achieving a small waist and a curvier figure, and I'm so excited to finally share more details beyond just my initial secret! If you're wondering how to get from slim to thick in a healthy, sustainable way, you're in the right place. First off, let's talk nutrition. It's truly 70% of the battle! To build those amazing curves, especially in your glutes, you need to be in a slight calorie surplus. But don't just eat anything! Focus on lean proteins (chicken, fish, tofu, lentils), complex carbs (oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice), and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil). I personally found that increasing my protein intake helped a ton with muscle recovery and growth. Think about fueling your body for growth, not just filling it up. Now, for the workouts! My routine heavily focuses on lower body exercises that target the glutes and quads. Squats, deadlifts (Romanian deadlifts are amazing!), hip thrusts, lunges, and glute kickbacks became my best friends. I aim for 3-4 lower body sessions a week, making sure to progressively overload – meaning I gradually increase the weight or reps to keep challenging my muscles. For that cinched waist, core exercises are non-negotiable. Planks, Russian twists, and leg raises help strengthen the obliques and transverse abdominis, which can give the illusion of a smaller waist. Remember, consistency is key! Showing up even on days you don't feel like it makes all the difference. Hydration is another game-changer that often gets overlooked. Drinking plenty of water not only keeps you energized during workouts but also aids in digestion and can reduce bloating, helping to emphasize that small waist. And while my original post mentioned a 'curves gain vitamin,' I want to clarify that supplements are just that – supplements. They support a solid diet and workout plan, but they aren't magic pills. Always consult with a professional and prioritize whole foods first. My personal journey from slim to thick wasn't overnight. It took patience, dedication, and a lot of trial and error. There were days I felt discouraged, but seeing small progress kept me going. Taking progress photos really helped me visualize the changes and stay motivated. It’s all about loving your body through every stage and celebrating every small victory on your way to those amazing curves and a defined waist. You've got this!
